Starting in June of 08 have 'ol Wilfred flood the airwaves with PSA's. I am sure every old person in the US will perk right up and listen to what he has to say! That and also force the cable companies to run their own PSA's on their systems alerting the public as to what they will need to continue viewing (nothing maybe with cables existing infrastructure, or if it changes explain it). I thinks it's a good thing that they haven't done too much to this point.
