Actiontec routers SUCK. They try to force that POS down your throat when they bend you over for their FIOS-TV service, because they want to use your internet connection for the PPV & guide data.. and other threads on BBR have already brought those problems to the light of day. Do yourself a favor and just get a "NID" if they force you to have an ethernet connection to the fios-tv box. Then get either a gaming wireless router or a wired router (preferably with GIGABIT wan/lan ports).. or a combination of both. |
