I am talking about Comcast introductory offers. Comcast, not Road Runner. We don't have Road Runner where I live.

Cleveland, OH		 You can do the same thing with Comcast. They have a Retention Department. Also just because you don't have RR doesnt mean you have to have TWC. RR is just the ISP; not the cable operator.
