The usf went to verizon and att profits.

@internet.com		 I talked to a WISP in Colorado who complained that his neighbors who live there the whole year didn't qualify for USF because their town had 1,000 people in it, but that the ski shacks on the slopes, occupied a month each year, did qualify for USF.
