I can't believe people still use these folks. While I don't begrudge a company to make money, this is over the line. If you're worried about front-runners so much, put a captcha there for bots, or make the process long and tedious for humans.
This is nothing but a ploy to prevent registration at a cheaper registrar masquerading as the good sheriff. |

Milford, NH | When I first registered a domain name used Network Solutions. Figured as legacy registrar they would be more stable better then newcomers. Sadly that has not been true. Moved to other registrar years ago.
