Re: [TWC] Flaky connection San Diego 92128

yes, i live in carmel mountain in 92128. my ip is in the 24.xx.xxx.xx and its been like this ever since 12pm. i think they're doing maintenance or upgrading our speeds. hmmm. because in 92128 part of san diego the standard speed is still 7/512 as to a lot of my other friends live in a variety of areas around SD and they all have their standard speed bumped to 10/1.

Thats interesting, i pay for RR Premium/Turbo whatever they call it and I get 10/1...if thats the speed everyone else on the lower tier is getting then what the heck am I paying extra $ for.

I live in the 92128 area code and my service and speeds has been rock solid. Hasn't been affected by packet shaping, outages or slow downs at all.
SO FAR!!

dude, whats your IP address showing up as and what is the speed test showing? I called RR yesterday and they admitted there was a server issue which is causing the problems...cable modem loses sync every so often.
