[CATV] Green Lines on Digital Box

OK, quick question. On my Cable Box, not the Tivo, I am getting a green lines every so often on the non digital channels (Channels 2-99). I am not getting them on VOD or any channel above 100. Also, I am not getting these on the TiVo!

Any clue?
