My granddaughter, Victoria, was hospitalized yesterday for depression. Please keep her in your prayers.

Victoria, you, and all of her/your families have my deepest compassion. I am bipolar and very deeply appreciate what she might be going through. I am a little shy on my meds ATM so I haven't been doing my best.
Getting good care and treatment can make a huge difference, and it is important that she not feel ashamed or alone, 10% of people have some degree of affective disorder. I wish I could reach out to you all, and I promise I will keep my prayers going and ask the Mrs. to do so also.
Believe it or not, getting treatment now might actually be the start of something better. Many/most people go untreated and suffer horribly. Sure, I still have my personality problems, but I am happier and clearer headed now.
She will remain in my thoughts.
