2) Figure out how to place the order to switch me to U-Verse. ( Although they did quote $40/mo and $100-$50 install fee )
So I'm stuck at 6mb with metered phone for $48/mo total. | |

They do, it just costs $80/month and seems to be unstable right now and also have a upload limit of about 1.5Mb even though they say it should be 2Mb, so you are doing better right now...I would stay put if I were you. | |
