IFPI represents the recording industry worldwide, with a membership comprising some 1400 record companies in 75 countries and affiliated industry associations in 49 countries. And every country has laws protecting copyright and they also have music companies and artists that demand action by authorities. The U.S. doesn't need to pressure Sweden to enforce their own laws.
