Need alot more info.....Like what happens exactly???? Do you have at least 512 MB Ram available? Do you have all other Antivirus software uninstalled? And make sure your using Internet Explorer.

It would help if we knew what was happening instead of the installation you'd like.

You need to be using Internet Explorer under Windows, for starters.
