| Slow speeds in WV
Has anyone in WV noticed slow speeds lately?
I have noticed I keep going back down to 1 and 2 meg (suppose to be 6 meg)
My latest was 2.5 but that is still way below 6.
For the longest time my connection was super stable and now all of a sudden it is messing up again. |

My service in Wayne, WV is just fine. Download are working great. I did five tests just now and I did notice that the Frederick, MD server that you guys have used posted low speeds for me. You guys might want to try another server to see what you get.

My Speed, ping times, and trace routes have been horrendous for the pass fews weeks. tech support claims there is no problems. They are full of it....

I always do different servers I do Cinci, Frederick, and Washington usually but when I am having problems I will skip around to NY and such also but my speeds are bad no matter what server I test on. |

| It should work 24/7 and not just after midnight. I go to bed around 9pm nightly and get up for work at 4am. I only get to use it from 4 to 430am. It doesn't,t work when I get home so I basically have full speed for 1/2hr a day. It's also bad that the local tech for Suddenlink isn't aloud to contact NOC. This shows how mush this company wants our money but doesn't want to provide the service it advertises. When I call tech support they say there isn't any problems and that they, "provide up to 6 megs" and that 6 megs is not quartered at all times.

In my area the have 1.5 Meg/256kb, 6 Meg/256kb, and the *new* 12 Meg/764kb speed (which costs an arm & 2 legs to get, are they still charging a $70 install fee for this speed? Just wandering.)
Speeds are good at 5 AM.
This is the first time in a couple of days I managed to hit 12 Meg. Lately I can only get around 7 Meg - 10 Meg. |

I wonder why some of these speed tests say "Cebridge Connections" while some say "Suddenlink Communications"? Hasn't anyone else noticed this. Shouldn't they all say "Suddenlink Communications" by now? |
