| Looking for something more than a T1! Bonded Ts? Fract DS-3?
Thanks to Rocky for the Template. I can provide more info if needed. We got really burned by XO in the past so i am not too interested in them. We are currently paying 2k a month for both T1 lines and long distance. I attached our current contract with details of what we have so there can be no mistake in what we need. Things are tight so i don't have a lot of room in the budget. Our two year contract is up next month so I imagine prices have gone down since we started. Thanks in advance!
1. 14943 Desman Road, La Mirada, CA 90638 2. 714-994-1995 I am looking into 6M bonded T1s, 12M frac DS-3, connections. I need faster down speed.
4. tell us about your long distance usage: --avg of 1900 min Month IntraLATA (whatever that is) --avg of 410 min month in-state (CA) --avg of 2500 min month out of state
5. tell us about your toll-free numbers, if you have any --avg of 841 in-state minutes per month --avg of 7000 out of state minutes per month --avg og 6410 IntraLATA per month 6. We use a PBX system managed seperately by a vendor that leases us our phones and manages our voice system. Paetec is our current provider and we do lease two T1 routers. 7. We have one remote employee that uses our phone system from OK. We are in CA. I believe she uses a VPN phone? not sure on that. |

| I know you are looking for Bonded T1's and above, and based on your other thread you don't think DSL is available, however based on a pre-qual, I show we can do some forms of DSL. Now, keep in mind DSL is a big step DOWN from what you have now, but I just wanted to throw out the options.
We can do the following (We only do data, so we can not assist you with the voice part of your request.
ADSL2+ 8.0/1.0 - $99.95/month or Bonded T1 2 x 1.5 - 3.0/3.0 - $649.95/month
We have other options as well, but those 2 are close to what you are looking for.
With 25 users, there shouldn't be any reason to need as much bandwidth as you think, unless there is something you are not letting us know.
100 users can work on a single T1, with the right management.

| reply to drjman I do need the upload speed for webhosting and streaming video. We are getting into more high-bandwidth stuff. The CEO wants faster down speeds so that is what i am looking for. I have tried for years to get business class cable or dsl just to suppliment the download speed of a T1 and NO ONE will get to us. Time warner is in our area and they don't have cable on our street and the same with DSL, only T1's and above for us. It does suck. |

| reply to drjman your PaeTec contract shows a rate for local minutes of use: 1.5¢/minute for local calls. does that show up on your bill in addition to the intra-LATA, intra-state and inter-state? are you using the DID numbers that PaeTec shows on your contract? -- "Teleblend has an agreement with the Assignee to solicit and support former SunRocket customers." |

| reply to drjman I'm thinking it would be best to split the voice and data so that you get best data speeds to accommodate new applications, without throttling the voice. while you're checking your invoice to see if you got billed for local calls, here's what I found for internet access for you..
3M, $499/month, 3 year term 4.5M $919/month, 3 year term 6.0M $1,149/month, 3 year term
free install and equipment. PROMO: free month if you order in February.
since your budget is $2000/month for everything, I'll skip the frac DS-3 and ethernet quotes. -- "Teleblend has an agreement with the Assignee to solicit and support former SunRocket customers." |

According to your bill it appears that you're getting billed for local calls on your PRI (unless I'm reading it wrong) LOCAL ZONES 1, 2, 3 = $0.0150 cents per minute. Typical for the LA area because of it's numerous area codes and high population density. By the way, what is the total charge for all local and long distance calls?
I can provide you with a PRI which allows for unlimited local calls, as well as low priced long distance. Do you really need 23 voice lines? How many employees do you have?
I would also consider a bonded integrated access T1 as an alternative. 3 megs of Internet plus voice lines on the same circuit. Can interface with your existing PBX.

| reply to drjman I can get you 6.0 Mbps wireless data t-1 with one month free and a dedicated voice t-1 based on your long distance estimates for right at your budget. However, I can not estimate what your local taxes will be.
I can quote all of the following major providers in your area: Covad, Telepacific, Time Warner, Paetec, AT&T, PNG, Airespring, Megapath, Telnes, UCN, New Edge, ACC Business, Qwest, XO, Network Innovations... We also guarantee our pricing on same provider/same service with a price match guarantee and 10% (up to $500) of the difference on the first month's bill.
Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to go through the numbers. I'll send you a detailed breakdown of the costs.

| reply to drjman hey drjman! Someone here is going to make you a hero! I have a few local quotes to replace the PaeTec voice T1 service, but I'll need those local calling minutes to get you an optimal offer. Independent of the IP circuits, porting your phone numbers from PaeTec to a different provider might be a 6 or 7 week process. -- "Teleblend has an agreement with the Assignee to solicit and support former SunRocket customers." |
