Part of the Bulldog London network (certainly SDSL) has been unavailable since Wednesday 13th in mid-afternoon.
It appears some road digger Muppet chopped the Mayfair, Soho, Cov Gdn, Downing Street fibre optic, then filled the hole in with wet concrete - which has now set, so can be dug up we are told.
Expected time to fix we hear is anytime soon. We were told that at 9am, now it 2pm and the same old story.

For the money companies pay for SDSL services, we would expect Bulldog (Tiscali) to have a diverse network - but apparently not.

Bangor, ME		 Doesnt SDSL come with a SLA? I mean its a business service and uptime is what you pay for. I would at least demand a refund on any downtime.

Didnt you check before you signed? If you didnt then wouldnt that be your fault?
