I've got two providers that will do a full data T-1 for $399 with free installation and router for one year contract.

Both providers offer SLAs but don't believe I'll be able to get them to agree to a "disconnect just because you don't like the service" guarantee. There are very few providers that do that because there is a very large investment for them for provisioning, equipment, and local loops.

One of the providers that I've quoted even proactively manages your router providing you statistics about line performance. This makes it easier to apply for service credits and to identify problems with your connection.

Sincerely,

I got your guarantee right here! 90 day guarantee. cancel within the 90 day period and no early termination penalty (guarantee does not mean free service). $559/month + $1,000 install, router included (carrier retains ownership of the router). You would get the same 90 day guarantee, lower monthly pricing, and waived install for longer term. Tier I network provider direct, no resellers or Tier II aggregators, and nothing touches Covad.
