too bad too, they're tried and true! I love my POTS, I'm just wondering how bad it will be when I'm forced into the scenerio where I have to buy it. Wi9ll the tax structure be the same (you know it will eventually), will I be charged additional fees for upgrades I never see?
Basically, all of the nickel and diming my cable HSI is doing to me!

I like Cox digital telephone--- just one problem....

... it's too expensive. When the "Introductory" price wears off, I'll probably switch back to POTS simply because it will be $10 cheaper or so.

Considering they are selling basically a VOIP product to you over the existing Cable equipment which you're already paying for Internet and TV via, I would think they should be able to better compete on price.

... of course, it's not about competition. It's about profits.

I love pots service too. It's dependable and seldom off line. The problem is the bells priced themselves out of the market. Why would I pay twice as much for half the features or pay more when I can bundle for the same price? Bell just needs to come back down to earth with the rest of us.
