The "169" likely means that it is failing to connect to your network, or is failing to get a DHCP address.
I suggest you turn off security on your 327w WiFi settings, and check whether you can connect without security. Once you have that working, turn the security back on. | With my 327w, if I click on the "Wireless" tab, then select "security", there is a "Wireless Security" button with choices "disable", "WEP", "WPA-PSK". The "disable" would turn off security.
