I have several options available under $400.

The one that I would probably personally recommend is $399 and includes router with free install on a one year term. 2 Yr Term drops price to $388 and 3 yr term drops to $368.

However, I also have a *true* Tier 1 provider available for $351 with router for a 2 yr term or 3 yr term.

I'll post SLA details shortly.

Sincerely,

With the only exception of install timeframe guarantees, SLAs are worthless. Most SLAs don't cover the loop which is where almost all the troubles occur anyway. Regardless, you have to document the time and date of trouble (no, SLA reimbursements are not automatic), then you apply for the credit prior to the deadline, then you wait a few months for a credit of a couple bucks to appear on your invoice statement. Big woop. All SLAs are for is for you to tell your boss that a carrier has a SLA as a means to deflect blowback to you in case of an outage. "How was I supposed to know they suck, they had a SLA." If a carrier has a "solid" SLA it definitely does not mean that their service is better ... just that their marketing people are better.

I could get you a T1 bundle that includes a new Cisco router for around $430. This is a Tier 1 Carrier. The SLA's do cover the local loop. There is an SLA on Jitter which is important for voice applications. We can also offer class of service on the T1 so your Voice traffic has higher priority over your data applications. If you would like more information you can call me at 1-800-677-0962.
