[DSL] Connection drop

I have SBC Yahoo DSL 6mbps up 768kbps up and a Dlink EBR-2310 router. I have a new speedstream 5100 dsl modem. Both of these are new. I bought the router from newegg and the modem from a used computer shop (it was still new and packaged). I replaced my old speedstream 5100 and dlink DI-624 thinking that was the problem.

Now I think it might be the router. But its brand new? Both routers have the same issue. At random times during the day, all traffic flow stops. Sometimes it will just start back up a few minutes later, but most of the time we have to reset the modem and router. I have noticed I don't have any problems when I bypass the router (or at least it seems so), but I there are 3 other computers that need internet so thats not a choice.

Any ideas?

This is not a tweaking issue. I think you will have more luck posting here »D-Link
