They keep good records because when I moved back to California from Texas I needed Trojan Remover for a computer I bought. I did not have my receipt saved from when I first purchased it. I just emailed three different email addresses I may have used, my full name and address at the time I purchased the program. Two days later I received an email from them giving me a link to download the new version. They are great at simplysup.com! Jammy p.s I started using Trojan Remover after Trojan Hunter changed up and I had already paid for a year but they did not honor it with the newer version (I think it may have been a v. 5 or 6 . . .
