This is something I've been wanting to comment on and I think it's time for me to do so.

Picture yourself in Rocky's shoes ... he's built up a company from scratch for the past 10 years in collaboration with a partner (Bell). For ten years, you put your sweat into a flourishing company based on customer satisfaction and a fair approach to your customer. You do so because there is humanity in your soul and you strongly believe that putting the customer first will ..in the end; allow your company to grow. For doing these things ... you certainly do deserve to make a profit and to hire people who are knowledgeable, dedicated and an exemplary group of people. You take the time to listen to people ( as done on this forum). You promise them a fair shake and tell it to them like it is.

From your business dealings and fair approach, you undoubtedly sacrifice some profit, but the good KARMA rewards you by growing your business and smaller profits turn into acceptable profits which allow you to re-invest into your jewel.

After all this effort, you rely on the goodwill of a 10 year partner to do the right thing. You believe that your partnership is built on a strong foundation of cooperation and respect.

In the bat of an eye, this long-term partner realizes that you are now starting to attract too many customers at their expense (because they have failed to uphold the same quality of service) and ultimately back-stabs you by meddling into your business and controlling your policies.

Pissed off ? I think that's an understatement.

How would I post my feelings ?

Let me guess "..."

I for one; am committed to support a company who has proper business ethics. Keep up the good work Rocky, if anything... I hope this sad episode will increase your user base and bleed Bell for actually doing something they've been planning to do for awhile.

If there is justice, this situation will be rectified. This issue should certainly be on the political spectrum and government should move quickly to rein in this monopoly and conflict of interest.

Regards,
CK
