I'm sorry but what the hell does the conservative government have to do with this? The last time I checked the CRTC worked separate of whatever government is in power.

I agree. 3rd party ISPs are eating Bell's lunch and Rogers is in cohorts with them because everything Bell does Rogers does and everything Rogers does Bell does.
