I do have the 1600 with QAM. Good to hear that I'll be able to receive HD. Do I need to order the HD package, or will regular basic cable receive clear QAM?

Utica, MI		 Basic cable will give you the locals. If you want the good HD channels such as Discovery and so on, then you're out of luck.
