When I called 3 months ago I was piped into TX where I was told the TV portion is from.The gentleman saw what I saw and it was fixed in 2 days. FWIW this is almost exactly the same problem.

I watched CSI NY (last night episode) tonight and no issues other than some pxelation when the camera moved quickly... everything else was good. |

The only difference with the HD VOD is it's a higher bitrate then the SD. |

| What I meant is FIOS technology is "new" compared to Comcast cable, D*, E*, etc....They are trying to figure out how to run massive amounts of HD through pipelines along with data and other things.
I don't know too much about the different light colors and what carries what, but HD VOD just came out a few days ago and they're are bound to be problems.
I remember when HD OTA came out....the digital SD simulcast would be fine but HD OTA would drop or have some kind of problem for years while SD ota would be rock solid. |
