The grass is always greener on the other side. The reality of the situation in these countries with bandwidth coming out their ears is often different than we've been led to believe (and it's often in a language your or I don't read).

That's a very ignorant American thing to say. You've probably never traveled outside the USA (or likely even your state for that matter). Malaysia is an awesome country.

I also hate to burst your bubble, but the USA has some pretty squalid places on par with developing and 3rd world nations.
