reply to JBrown07 A professional opinion that I was told by a knowledgeable employee with many years of experience was this: Part of the reason that VOD hasen't been setup system wide yet is because of the number of nonresponders (digital boxes that aren't sending a signal back to the office). It wouldn't look very good to make a big advertising push with VOD and then have a few hundred (or thousand) customers not be able to use it when they wanted it. This was an opinion applicable to Texas.
