Last week i typed in my address and I qualified for 6.0MB. Does anyone know whats wrong? My area is served by comcast so i think i can get 6.0mb service woth them.

This also includes 'PowerBoost' which allows bursting above the 6MB limit. Basically Earthlink Cable accounts are just like Comcast 6MB/386K with PowerBoost accounts. Same speeds. It would help with all your questions if you would post what city and state you are trying to get service in. -- Mission Accomplished

Same happened in my area (said I qualify for 5Mbps but area is 7Mbps). I recently switched to Earthlink and I'm happy to say I have the full 7Mbps.
