I would hope the only people leaving are the ones stupid enough to think they can do better with someone else. Having had to listen to friends who have "switched" thinking they were going to get something better and a couple hundred people (LOL) following them around all day bitch about dropped calls, no service and paying WAY more then what they use to pay. Yep. I'm a Sprint fanboy. Had at least 2 phones for the past 9 years. 1 pay as you go from net10 (for one of my kids) and a T-mobile (work). Work got smart, got all sprint now. Now have 4 sprint phones and have never had a problem that couldn't be fixed with one phone call and a few minutes of my time. I've spent more on the phone with my cable provider for service/billing issues then I have with Sprint.
