Status at Speedfactory to our valued Customers

The network is down and will be back on line soon.

We are working diligently to get back on line tonight. Sit tight the network will be up soon and we ARE still in business.

Re: Status at Speedfactory to our valued Customers

Will you provide an ETR, please? I have already made arrangements with another provider, but I could cancel that given sufficient assurances. What is the nature of the outage, and when is a reasonable date/time for us to expect restoration of service? What is being done to prevent such total outages in the future, and to maintain an official "front door" for network status reports?

I generally do not trust anonymous communications from (alleged) staff--from any company--and would therefore like to know exactly who is issuing these reports under SpeedFactory's name.

edit: Uh-oh. NextPhase's 714-765-0010 number yields three options besides the name directory...
1. Sales- goes to voice mail of someone named Ira.
2. Technical support- "All circuits are busy."
3. Customer service- "All circuits are busy."
