We are partially back on line and STILL IN BUSINESS

We had a major outage and are partially back on line. We apologize for the problem and will refund for our continued customers and make this right.

Yes our VoIP system is down also.

If you have questions call corporate our offices.

Re: We are partially back on line and STILL IN BUSINESS

Why post a number that also is having issues. What number is working that we can call NOW?

@comcast.net

This number works if you press 1 for "sales" -- everybody call that number and leave a voice message re what's going on, no service since about 11 am on Friday.
If anybody at Next Phase cares about what's happened to all the Speed Factory customers, it should definitely be the people who make their living in sales! Losing a ton of customers is definitely not what they want -- so maybe they can get hot on this and move it faster!

Re: We are partially back on line and STILL IN BUSINESS

Neither the speedfactory website, or the nextphase wireless websites are accessible. I find it hard to believe they will be back any time soon, if at all.
