[CATV] problems with TBS HD.....freezing and pixelating

pretty much since TBS was added in HD to the lineup i have had recurring problems with picture freezing and pixelating..i keep hoping that it will fix itself but so far it hasnt...do others have this problem or is there a fix in the works?

I have not had problems with TBS HD in particular... but on other channels like FOX HD and ABC HD I continue to have problems frequently. Last night FOX HD was terrible during American Idol. Since that big brew ha ha with the guide push twice daily and the boxes needing to be rebooted frequently about 6-8 months ago this issue has been better (not happening every night) but is still an issue (see this forum »[CATV] Choppy HDTV in the Lehigh Valley and RCN has not addressed it on the forum.

for whatever reason TBS HD is pretty much the only channel i seem to have trouble with on a regular basis...it has been going on pretty much since the channel was introduced in HD...dont know what the problem is,wish it would resolve itself

actually,i have been working with some of the very helpful people at rcn and they apparently found an issue they are working on that has caused this problem...at least that is what i was told..

Do tell .. what do they think it is?

i was told it had something to do with tbs sharing space with another channel and that channel needing to be moved in some fashion to make TBS HD work properly...at least that is the way i understood it
