As an Alltel customer you can get the amplifier antenna kit for $199.95 from them . That and the adapter for your card and you will be in business

What adapter are you referring to? Also what is the DB of the antenna they sell? Was hoping to find one less expensive.

The kit includes a 5DB Magnetic Mount Antenna . That kit is a great deal for $199.95. You should price around you will not come close for a full package like that . Alltel sells them really cheap to help customers out With those signal level is too low for consistent service.
Just an antenna will not get the job done you need at those RSSI readings. The adapter goes from the UM150 to the amplifier. I think Alltel charges $10.95 for it

You can buy all sorts of EVDO Routers. You can spend anywhere from $130 to $260 for one depends what you are looking for .

Im just wanting to be mobile in my house. I dont want to have a bunch of crap connected to my laptop so was just curious if the antennas, amps, etc can all be connected to a router that can be used with the UM150 USB modem.
