NetGear GS108T - 8 port switch managed from web interface. Gigabit with jumbo frames. Purchased one and put it in our basement and works fine. No fans, low power consumption.

That looks like the one. Some of those Netgear switches lately had reports of failing components. This one looks good so far.

@$95 this is lookin real good.
