On Wednesday April 23,
The Bell throttling debate hit the front page of the Ottawa Citizen. This is good, because many politicians read it.

Notice the p=1 at the end of the URL .. 
I was amazed to see it hit the front page !

Good article except for the above mistake. This has nothing to do with the Internet. The wholesale tarrif is a regulated service which can carry any data and not just IP packets. |

I couldn't believe it when I read this, it has nothing to do with it.
Sadly this is how the media sees it though. Very little media is knowledgeable to know what the real issue is. |
