Perhaps its time to order 2mbps SDSL lines for $100-$200 a month instead of a $350 T1.

Jamaica, NY		 SLAs mean nothing nowadays. A telco would rather give free service each month than to dig up a street and replace a trunk line with water infiltrationm.
