For that price I'll take it. I really wish they pay attention to the upload speeds, that is way too slow.

They are probably using ADSL2+, and that's the upload limitation. Even Annex M can little more than triple the speeds, and not very many providers in the US have it thoroughly tested..

Only so much can be milked out of copper, depending on which type of xDSL used, and then the distance limitations increase even more so.
