Well, goodness! I got rid of the crashing problem as said above, so I re-ran the SP3 setup and again got that 'access is denied' error that I referred to on page one of this thread. It didn't work on the second run like it did the first time, so I googled the problem and found the linked thread below, and Windfeng998's solution therein worked! So, we'll see . . . . . . .
