That's no problem. What could be a problem is the NEXT time you paint. You will need to sand the entire surface with 150 grit or wash it with TSP so the new layer of paint will properly adhere to the oil-based layer. -- ~Help Find a Cure for Cancer~ ~Proud Member of Team Discovery ~ |

  owlyn Premium,MVM join:2004-06-05 Newtown, PA clubs: | reply to jware You can put oil over latex, but you can't put latex over oil- so you are stuck with using oil from now on. Do not try to put latex over it, even with sanding, etc as mentioned above. Guaranteed to blister. |
