Will the "new time warner cable" be able to raise money for upgrades in it's most competitive markets? Not looking at the numbers.. just saving on taxes alone (pushing tw cable into small business category status) won't help it save enough to pay for badly needed deep fiber / docsis 3.0 upgrades, undoubtedly they will need to raise money. Verizon will be neck deep into many of Time Warner's foot print territories, so will AT&T. |
