Re: Black & Decker GrassHog 18-Volt Cordless Trimmer

Thanks for the info. My wife got me a black and decker 18v cordless drill for my birthday and was looking for other tools that use the same battery. I am going to sell my gas trimmer... one less thing to buy gas for. My drill came with 2 batteries and the trimmer comes with 2 batteries so that should be plenty of charge time.

I have the Ryobi One plus system. I recently bought a litium battery and picked up a blower and hedge trimmer. Works great. But what is cool is I can use the lith batt for my other Ryobi tools. The Circular saw, sander, vacuum, drill, impact drill, flash light. The bad thing as of right now. I can't find just the battery on it's own. Homedepot online is OOS and none in stores. Ebay seems the way to go.

There is a "Batteries Plus" Store in Naperville. Give them a shot...
