Hmmm... This should move up the impending collapse of the Internet a year or so. Wonder if iTunes will be the next item on the traffic management shaping list?

Not likely unless the cablecos actually want to attack the net neutrality issue. Right now, it's easy to pick on P2P and other connection/bandwidth hogging protocols/apps. However, if ISPs begin singling out specific "competitors'" traffic and services, there will be legitimate net neutrality concerns.
