| [Speed Problem] Can I do better?
I have the Pro service (3 Mbps) but I'm getting 2400 Kbps when I run speedtest. Attached are screen shots of my modem stats (2wire modem). Will upgrading to a new modem help? TIA |

clubs: | You are getting the correct speeds. Do to overhead you will always get about 85% on the high end of your sync rate. |

Concord, CA | Thanks! What made me ask that question was that I was experiencing a lot of stalling and re-synchs last week so I was thinking maybe something was wrong with my line or I have a modem going south and that the overhead was a bit high. |
