What should I ask cogeco's customer service to resolve that problem ?
I can access the website using the IP but all domains using that IP cannot be seen.
Also, other guys using Cogeco in my area cannot see those domains. |

| Well, first, asking anything to "customer service" concerning that issue won't resolve anything Although tech support could look into this for you...
But since I'm already posting here, I'll have a look monday on this issue when I get to work...
For sure it ain't "blocked", have you done any change at all ? |

| reply to invert so if you go to DOS and ping the domain address, does it give the proper ip? no? then try
ipconfig /flushdns
ping it again
still no/wrong ip?
type : nslookup server 4.2.2.3
type in the domain
is the ip correct?
if no, its a DNS issue with the domain, if yes its a DNS issue with Cogeco or whatever DNS server you are using. |
