Did TW STNY merge with TW CNY? On the website, entering a zip code for any town served by STNY results into taking you to the CNY page. Can't find nothing on the CNY site about it.

Fredonia, NY		 and, according to an employee, the jamestown, ny staff have been told to expect that they will eventually be merged with the new buffalo, ny twc service.
