The Statue of Liberty ferry leaves from Battery Park. It's not right next to the SI Ferry but it's in the area. Take the 4/5 to Bowling Green and walk into Battery Park. There's usually a huge line that snakes through the park that you have to wait on so it's not too hard to miss. The main building is a white tent-like structure.
