Thats already how Millenicom operates. You can roam onto any carrier that Sprint has agreements with, which includes Alltel (evdo) AND Verizon (rtt only) already.
I lack any kind of usable Sprint signal at home, and spend my entire time in roam on Alltel ev for the past two months I've been a client of Mcom. *shrugs*
Only possible change based on the quoted statement would be a possible update to the roaming agreement with VZW to include evdo (most likely)... or (less likely) a CDMA(ev)/GSM(hspda) hybrid modem?
