Down in Lex, KY?

My DSL in Lexington has not connected since at least 7:30 PM May 6th. I get sync, but no PPPoE sessions will establish.

Anyone else having issues?

YES OM GOSH. its been down since i got home from work i did setup defaults on the modem and my router trying to get it to work.

the modem would NEVER synch back up. i called last night was on hold untill 11:30 (after i got home at 10:30) and finally hung up.

i got up this morning and got someone in a few minutes, THE Only thing we did different was i put the full email address for the PPPOE username and password and then it connected...... if they are changing what needs to be used they should at LEAST tell us

man that makes me so mad. i do computer work for a living. MY internet was down for over 12 hours. call and they get it backup in less that 10 minutes. he HAD to have done something on their end. if its just the adding @alltel.net to my email adress that is TOTAL unacceptable because its NEVER been required. and i've NEVER got an email saying it needs to be used for the PPPOE UN

Mine was back online this morning when I tried it around 7:20.

From what I understand WS is going through some extreme troubles with some DSL software systems right now, so I am going to do my best to be patient with it.

Maybe we could read a book!
