ADSL2+ modem vendors?

Not really sure if this is a good forum for this or not, but...

What's a good Canadian vendor for ADSL2+ modems at something below the arm+leg price point?

All I've seen so far from the major online hardware stores are offers of around $80 and three weeks special order.

Are you looking for a brand new unit or used/refurbished adsl2+?

I have no preference new/refurb as long as it works and supports fallback to ADSL1.

Many of the smaller computer stores in the GTA (and perhaps elsewhere) sell SpeedTouch 516 modems for around $50, e.g. »www.infonec.com/site/main.php?mo···d=350362

You can also buy this modem from the distributer for the same price »www.m2datatel.com/products.html

If you want to save some money, there are several sources for refurbished 2Wire 2700HG-B modems including some computers stores, eBay, Caneris, et al. These go for about $25 and include a 4-port router with WiFi that the ST516 lacks.

All of these modems support all flavours of ADSL used by Canadian ISPs.
