Slow Speeds NEO

Anyone else experiencing issues in the NEO area (Erie PA area)? I'm on roadrunner turbo and the past couple days I've been seeing >160kB/sec via usenet (giganews)

Same here in Elyria Ohio. Spent an hour on hold for support but never got through. Heavy call volume the recording said at 10pm!
