Strange Unresolved Download Problem...

I have a problem that been going on for about 2 weeks now. I can connect, but I can't download anything larger than about 2M before the download stops. I've called tech support a few times about this, and I thought it had been resolved, but now it started up again. It's not the computer, because it's happening on both my direct and wireless connections.

Winnetka, CA		 What did you think resolved it the first time? Where are you trying to download from? Do you have a router in place? If so have you tried to remove the router and connect directly to the DSL modem?
